Vegan Peppermint Hot Chocolate

A dairy free & refined sugar free version of a holiday favorite!
Ingredients:
- Cacao Powder
- Non-Dairy milk of choice (I prefer oat)
- Raw Honey
- Whisk or blender
- hot water
Recipe:
- In a pan, boil 1 cup of boiling water, 1.5 cups of milk and stir until combined
- Add 4 tablespoons of cacao powder, 3 tablespoons of honey and whisk until smooth
- pour in a mug & add non dairy whipped cream!
