Three Easy & Delicious Homemade Salad Dressings!

Every delicious salad starts with amazing dressing! Making your dressing homemade is the healthiest way to do it as you avoid added sugars, overly processed oils & preservatives. I love making a big batch at the beginning of the week and storing them in a mason jar in the fridge!

These three recipes are my favs & all you need is a high speed blender!


CREAMY VEGAN CEASER

This dressing is creamy, rich & is a great alternative to dairy!

In a high speed blender, add 3/4 cup of raw cashews, 1 clove of garlic, juice of 1 lemon, 3 tablespoons nutritional yeast & salt & pepper to your taste. Blend on high using around 1/4 cup water or until yielding a smooth & creamy texture.


MAPLE BALSAMIC

This dressing is light, sweet, tangy & is great for summer!

In a mason jar, add 1/4 cup balsamic vinegar, 3 tablespoons pure maple syrup, and 2 tablespoons of runny tahini. Put on the lid & shake until mixed! Double the recipe to store in the fridge.


CLASSIC TAHINI DRESSING

Tahini dressing is a classic- it is creamy, sweet & full of calcium & protein!

In a blender, add 1/4 cup tahini, 2 tablespoons maple syrup, the juice of 1 lemon, 1/2 glove garlic & salt and pepper to taste. Add 2-4 dashes of water until blended smooth.
